The Problem
A marketing agency in Burbank had expanded to 22 employees in a 3,400 sq ft open-plan floor. Leadership wanted six enclosed private offices for client calls and focused work — without blocking natural light or making the space feel smaller. Previous bids from drywall contractors required 4-week timelines and would eliminate the floor's natural light entirely. The office manager wanted a solution that could be completed over a single weekend to avoid disrupting the team.
The Solution
We proposed floor-to-ceiling frameless glass partitions using 3/8-inch tempered clear glass with a silver aluminum track system. Six partition runs were measured and templated on a Friday afternoon after hours. Glass was cut and prepared the following morning; installation began Saturday at 7 a.m. All track anchoring was done into the concrete slab and structural ceiling — no drywall penetrations required. Door openings were framed with pivot hinges and full-height frameless glass doors with brushed chrome hardware.
The Result
The installation was complete by Sunday at 3 p.m. Monday morning, employees arrived to six fully enclosed private offices with floor-to-ceiling glass on all interior walls. Natural light still travels through the entire floor. The conference room adjacent to the new offices also received a glass sliding door as an add-on discovered during the walkthrough. The office manager reported that a competing firm in the building was interested in a similar install after seeing the results.
